Fenrir thought that maybe it's finally time for Ravien to try and attempt the transformation.
So before going back to their own tents, Fenrir offered Ravien about the transformation.
A spark of optimism flared up inside Ravien but was quickly extinguished by his anxiousness and the risk of failing.
"As much as I want to try, a lot of things are still going in my mind. I'm scared! But I don't want to be like this anymore." Ravien confessed to Fenrir. He requested a few days to think.
A couple of days and nights have passed. Ravien still gets haunted by his nightmares until that one night. When he was suddenly woken up by this strange feeling once again. Ravien opened his eyes and saw an eerily glowing translucent being. It was the boy.
The boy talked to Ravien asking about his death,
"Why did you do it? I trusted you!"
"Did I satisfy your hunger? Did I taste good?! You Monster!" the boy screamed. He started to grow aggressively and turning the boy into a huge black ominous creature; displaying several horns, sharp fangs, and red glowing eyes.
Scared and pressured, Ravien curled up and was shaking non-stop.
"You liar! You are just the same with all of them! Werewolf!" The boy continued to scream at him.
Then he remembered what Fenrir told him. With enough courage, Ravien confronted the boy.
"I'm sorry that happened to you. I know there's nothing in this world that can repay for that night. I will take this responsibility and live for you to defend others from suffering the same fate as you did." Ravien told the boy

The transformation stopped. The boy looked at Ravien and said with the purest contentment, "Thank you.
And the glowing image started to disappear with a smile as the boy finally found his peace.
Ravien woke up the next day and wasn't sure if what happened was a dream or a real thing. All he knows now is that he finally found his answer and now fully decided to attempt the transformation.
Ravien told Fenrir about what happened and how he found his answer.
Fenrir, without any more questions, told his nephew that the training would start immediately tomorrow.
Ravien needs to train his mind and body to prepare him for the next full moon, where his first attempt at transformation will commence.
Fenrir, along with the other Sacrifars, trained him. As days and weeks went by, Ravien's training was already showing its progress, his body became leaner and his mind more focused. He was physically and mentally training all the time, trying to push his limits further and further.

It was no surprise that even his gun-slinging skills were improved tremendously. With all this training, a stronger version of Ravien was forged.
The night of the full moon has finally arrived. It was a bit cloudy, but the Sacrifars can sense the moon, and they know it will show itself tonight.
In a small area, just a few meters away, Fenrir, Furray, and Ravien were about to finish setting up. The rest of the Sacrifars were also present; a quiet cheer can be softly heard behind the trees.
Everything was now set: the flowers, the moon, and the unique dart that was prepared by Furray just in case things get out of hand.
Ravien nervously walked towards the white chrysanthemum circle. His heart pounded loud and hard as he got near to the chrysanthemums.
As he reached the circle, the clouds finally dispersed and revealing the big glowing moon.
Ravien took a deep breath and mustered all his focus and strength. The moment didn't waste time as the transformation began right away.
He continued to focus on his resolve, Ravien thought of the kid and his family. Still, it seems it wasn't enough as the red smoke rapidly came out from his body.
"Let's stop this, Fenrir! He's not yet ready. It's too dangerous!" Furray told Fenrir loudly as the red smoke continuously comes out from Ravien.

Unconsciously, Ravien was getting savage but there was a struggle within him. Howls and screams are heard all over the place. Ravien was fighting his actions.
Seeing this and heeding Furray's advice, Fenrir tried shouting aimlessly to his nephew. "Ravien, get hold of yourself and destroy the flowers!"
But Fenrir knew right away that it was just a waste of breath, as Ravien continued to struggle and not hearing anything.
Meanwhile, in Ravien's thoughts, an area resonated with his feelings. It was pitch black of the moment, and a soft whimper cry was being heard.
It was a scared and guilty Ravien curled down in the corner of his thoughts. Fearing that his grave mistakes would happen again, the self-doubt was starting to manifest, and it was eating him fast and alive.
Before it gets too late for the boy, Furray fired the dart directly to Ravien, temporarily disabling him and putting him asleep.
Fenrir rushed to the area and destroyed the flower circle to cancel the transformation ritual entirely. He then ran towards his nephew to picked him up before returning to the camp.
The next day came. Ravien sat up and saw Fenrir handing him a calming Chamomile tea.
"What happened last night?" Ravien asked. Fenrir told him about the red smoke.
Knowing the incident last night, Ravien remembered the feeling of fear and doubt during the transformation.

Fortunately, even though he failed, his determination didn't waver.
"I'll try again, Fenrir! On the next full moon.
I promise I'll train harder and be better,"
Ravien eagerly told Fenrir.
Fenrir, a little concerned yet still hopeful, let out a silent sigh then eventually nodded to an agreement.
The training continues.
Back at Dracsylvanya, an intel arrived at Dalveth and Lilith. There were whispers that high and mighty energy has been detected in the kingdom of Evangelica. The intel also added that it doesn't seem like it's coming from the light barrier.
Finally, after all these years of avoiding that place, Dalveth thought
"Hmm... maybe it's time to go back to that damned Evangelica."
Dalveth was sure what energy that is. A slight pain was felt in his left arm, an ugly old bone arm that was forcefully enchanted to him just to make up for his missing body part. Dalveth slowly rubbed his left arm; he couldn't forget that energy, he needs that power. And gaining it will make him and the Vamps easily rule kingdoms and finally placing them on top of the food chain. Dalveth's hunger for power was burning.
Then Dalveth remembered something, the kingdom itself seems able to detect and attack him whenever he's near. But it didn't take long for him to come up with a twisted bright idea.
Dalveth thought, "If I can't go near Evangelica, maybe a descendant can?"
"But Lilith's a vampire now. Can she still cross the barrier? Oh well, she's just a tool to me. I can wage her." Dalveth continued.
Dalveth turned to Lilith.

"Lilith, my dear. I have a grand mission for you. There's something that I'd like for you to retrieve in the kingdom of Evangelica, and I like you to lead this extravagant siege.
But first, you must put down the barrier that is protecting the kingdom, and only you, alone, can do this."
Lilith curiously asked why.
Dalveth persuadingly said that the other vamps are not strong enough to withstand the barrier and ended his conversation with "and because you're special, my daughter."
Without further hesitation, Lilith accepted the special mission.
Dalveth handed the Dagger of Impure to Lilith. "Only you have the power to use this. Strike this at the weakest point of the barrier, its core."
"Understood, father" Lilith replied
Dalveth then announced to the whole castle to prepare because two full moons from now, they will attack Evangelica and finally rule the entire kingdom.
A few moments later, alone in a room, Dalveth was talking to a mirror, except that it wasn't his reflection that he's conversing with.

"Did she accept?" the hooded figure asked.
"Yes, my sire," Dalveth replied.
"And the dagger?" the hooded figure asked again.
"I already gave it to her. She has it," Dalveth replied.
"Good. Everything is going as planned," added by the hooded figure, as it disappeared.
Little did he know, that Noira accidentally heard the conversation and sensed something odd.
